   Glytics is a web-based analytics application that integrates with Google Analytics 4 to display and analyze website analytics data. Our service provides users with insights into their website performance, user behavior, and other relevant metrics by processing and presenting data from their Google Analytics 4 accounts

3. Google Account and Analytics 4 Integration
   1. To use Glytics, you must have a valid Google account and grant Glytics permission to access your Google Analytics 4 data. This permission is necessary for our service to function properly and provide you with the analytics information you require.
   2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials. This includes your username, password, and any other information associated with your account. You agree to keep this information secure and not share it with any third parties.

   1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

      3. Discontinuation or material modification of the Service
      4. Unexpected technical or security issues
      5. Extended periods of inactivity
   2. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

   2. This limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Glytics has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
   2. Glytics, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that:
      1. The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
      2. Any errors or defects will be corrected
      3. The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
      4. The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
10. Changes to Terms
    1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Updated At" date at the bottom or top of this page.
